highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a
Field Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for
generating leads and promoting our roofing and construction
services by identifying and consulting potential customers in
assigned neighborhoods. This is an excellent opportunity for

Responsibilities • Work in assigned neighborhoods as well as with
your own network to introduce homeowners to our roofing and
construction services. • Engage with potential customers, provide
information, and schedule follow-up appointments for our sales
manager. • Distribute marketing materials and flyers to generate
leads. • Track and report leads and interactions daily. • Build
rapport with homeowners and maintain a positive, professional image
of the company. • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and
exceed sales goals. • Attend regular team meetings and training
sessions. Requirements: • Strong work ethic and self-motivation. •
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to
walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods. • Willingness
to learn about the roofing and construction industry. • Ability to
handle rejection and stay positive. • Basic knowledge of sales or
customer service is a plus but not required. • Valid driver’s
