Job Description Job Description Summary Our customers' success
depends on solving cutting-edge challenges in high-bandwidth signal
transmission. As a Field Sales Engineer , you will be the key link
between our customers and internal team product development,
marketing, and applications promoting Amphenol solutions across
industrial OEMs and distributors. This role offers deep exposure to
sales strategy, technical applications, and product development ,
while driving design wins and expanding market share. Key
Responsibilities Lead sales efforts in the Industrial Market across
North America, managing OEM accounts and global channel partners.
Promote and sell Amphenol products to established customers while
developing new prospects. Own large multimillion-dollar OEM
accounts and coordinate activity across global sales channels.
Identify interconnect opportunities and collaborate with customer
engineering teams to design in new products. Develop and execute
sales plans and growth strategies for assigned territory. Achieve
and exceed sales quotas through design wins and full channel
management. Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle,
including marketing input for product development. Deliver
exceptional customer servicesamples, delivery timelines,
drawings/specs, quality, and credit issues. Maintain a strong
understanding of industrial market trends and competitive
landscape. Regular customer visits and travel required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or
business/marketing with technical aptitude. 3 years of field sales
or applications experience in Industrial markets . Knowledge of
interconnect solutions and industrial market dynamics.
International business experience is a plus. Skills Proven ability
to negotiate technical design wins and secure vendor approvals.
Strong technical acumen to assess customer needs and deliver
solutions. Self-driven to identify and pursue new customers and
markets. Excellent communication skills across engineering and
management levels. Organizational and leadership skills to manage
global accounts and drive growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
