About the Role: Substitute Teacher (Floater) As a Substitute
Teacher , youll have the unique opportunity to work across all of
our locations, supporting classrooms for infants through school-age
children. Youll step in to provide hands-on learning experiences,
maintain a nurturing environment, and ensure continuity of care and
education in the absence of regular staff. Your Responsibilities
Provide care and supervision for children in various classrooms,
adapting to their developmental needs and interests. Implement
planned curriculum and activities, maintaining alignment with our
E.P.I.C. Curriculum and center goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and
engaging environment for children. Support transitions and daily
routines, ensuring children feel secure and valued. Collaborate
with staff and families to build positive relationships and open
communication. Step into various roles, including assisting or
leading classrooms, based on daily needs. Follow all state
regulations, center policies, and best practices. What Were Looking
For Minimum state-required coursework in Early Childhood Education
(or ability to complete within 6 months). Experience in an early
childhood education setting preferred. Flexibility to travel and
work in multiple locations within Milwaukee County. Strong
adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills. Positive,
patient, and enthusiastic about working with children. Infant/Child
CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 3
months). Clear background check, health screening, and TB test. Why
